FED:Elections often lost, not won: Abbott
Opposition Leader TONY ABBOTT admits that if he becomes prime minister .. it could
be because people have voted against the government rather than for the coalition.
He's recalled the old saying about governments losing elections rather than oppositions
winning them.
But he's told ABC radio that while three-quarters of his campaign launch speech was
about coalition plans .. there's been nothing positive in Labor's campaign because it
has no record to run on except record debt and deficits .. and getting rid of an elected
PM in record time.
